I ran a 5k with my running budy, and she told me these great running tips:
- If you are running, and you stop to walk for a little while, it will just use up more of your energy and will make it even harder for you to start up running again. She also told me...
- If you are running up a hill, don't pay attention to how big the hill is (and where we were running there were trees, so if there are trees where you are running, then this will work) just look at the tips of the trees, and try running to the tree, and you will get up, and past the hill easier.
- If there is a hill that you are going up, just think once you go up the hill, you will always go down it on the other side!!!
